| Fees | Subscription (monthly or yearly, tax included). Fees are shown on the pricing page. |
| Self-introduction video (bought one at a time) | 700 yen per video (tax included; supporter price, regular price 1,000 yen). Your first video is free. One video lets you export one original video (exporting the same video again is free). Can be bought with a free account. For people aged 18 or over. |
| Costs other than the fee | You bear the cost of your internet connection. Using the Service also requires a separate contract with an AI service (Claude, ChatGPT and so on). |
| Payment method | Credit card (processed by Stripe) |
| When payment is taken | The first charge is made on the last day of the 15-day free period, and automatically on each renewal date thereafter. A self-introduction video is paid for when you buy it. |
| Term and renewal | Monthly or yearly. Renews automatically unless you cancel. |
| How to cancel | At any time, from "Payment" in the dashboard, through the Stripe customer portal. After cancelling you may keep using the Service until the end of the period. |
| Refund policy | Because of the nature of a digital service, we do not give pro-rata refunds for cancelling part-way through a period. A self-introduction video cannot be refunded or cancelled after purchase (this also applies to unused ones; they do not expire). If a serious fault on our side prevented us from providing the Service, please contact us and we will discuss it individually. |
| When the Service starts | Immediately after you sign up (free for 15 days). A self-introduction video can be used as soon as payment is confirmed. |
| Requirements | An AI service that supports OAuth (Claude, ChatGPT and so on). A web browser is needed for setup. |
